Anyone know anything about them? My boss has a number of cars (360 F1, 456 GTA, 996 911, V12 Vantage, etc.) that he plans to use the lift for.
I used a 2-post in my high school auto shop class 15 years ago and that’s about the extent of my expertise.

The local shop I rent a bay from has atlas lifts. They seem to work just fine to me! Although I think super low cars may struggle with them, the arms are still a bit high on their lowest setting. Depends on the model I would imagine.

Greg Smith, right? We have some of their stuff. Decent, but not great.
I would look at superlifts or rotary.

Yeah, he was looking at Greg Smith. I’ll check out the ones you mentioned. Money is not really a concern, obviously.

I figured. He sounds like he might be a Rotary man.

We have 8 rotary lifts at our shop(six 10,000 pounds and two 6 tons I believe) and they work really well. Rarely have problems, they’re pretty quiet, lift without any problems, and look good on top of it all. Worth the money.

Do you ever get anything in that’s as low to the ground as some of the above mentioned vehicles?

We mostly work on Lexus and Toyota that are not exactly squatted but the guy down the street sells a bunch if high end cars and puts them up on a Rotary lift with seemingly no problem. I believe you can get arms for the 2 post lifts that are a not as thick. I found this with a quick google search. Ferrari on a Rotary lift like ours. http://www.ferrarichat.com/velostrada/iss…

With some lifts (Mohawk is one) you can get wheel adapters to raise really low cars or just use if you’re working underneath it. Like so:
Now that doesn’t help if you need to pop the wheels off, but you either use the super low non-adjustable pads or use ramps to raise the vehicle off the ground.
If he plans to use it as work+storage, I’d go with a four post job. The two post ones always worry me, but that’s just IMO.
